会议论文修改技巧示例

会议主要目的是为了交流，对版权要求不是很严（否则也没有太多人将好文章投给会议了）。通过会议的交流与讨论，修改扩充文章，作者一般都可以再投到杂志（发表）。很多会议也鼓励这么做，不少杂志也认为那样投过来的文章还比较好（有些会后的special issue也带有这个目的）。IEEE版权上写了（看下面最后一项），将内容放在新出版物里发表，作者可以，但第三方不可以。

当然，会议论文如果以书或杂志增刊出版了的话，那就算发表了，一般不可以再投了（除非有足够的扩充）。比如LNCS里就有写明，出版社有独家发表权，作者保留的权利该不大了。

知网论文查重
如果有一部分内容在会议论文集上发表过，投期刊的时候如何写cover letter呢？
编辑一般不会细看coverletter。小部分内容重复，文章里引用前面的会议文章就可以了。若有很多重复，甚至只是做了小的修改，一般要写清楚：“An earlier version of this paper was presented at the International Conference"
